Meet the team.
Richard is a highly experienced finance professional who has worked for over 30 years helping SME’s achieve their financial objectives. Originally trained by Natwest in the late 1980’s, he has worked for lenders in a number of different environments such as credit and risk, and has also spent 10 years working in senior roles in the invoice finance arena. Since 2007, Richard has worked as an adviser supporting SME’s and lenders, specialising in working capital and cashflow lending scenarios.
In over 40 years in banking, Ian has significant experience within the trade finance sector working for a number of UK and international banks. Ian has broken ground with innovative financing solutions for importation of capital goods, and his wealth of experience in all things international plays a significant part in the funding solutions that Ricosta Capital provides.
Andy has enjoyed a career in commercial banking with Lloyds & latterly, cashflow growth lending with The FSE Group, with experience in supporting SMEs to large corporates across the East & West Midlands. He has developed a deeper knowledge & network across certain sectors, particularly manufacturing and Tech. Andy enjoys supporting management teams by delivering funding and strategic solutions that create long term value. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and completed an MBA, with Distinction, in 2022.
